Chicago, IL: War on Filth

I have partnered with several community organizations and the City of Chicago Dept of Streets and Sanitation to declare war on Community Filth. We will kick off the campaign on Saturday, August 23rd at my office 39 W Roosevelt Road at 9am.

We will clean the commerical block of Roosevelt Road between Pulaski east to Avers where several businesses and vacant lots are located. We will continue the campaign by getting the blocks around this area to come out to clean up their blocks. We will also get posters, flyers and notices that can be distributed in homes to be shared.

We are committed to changing public mentality so the circumstances of debris in our community can be addressed daily.
